Is The Secret Service Overrun with a Culture of Deception?

Following a deep study of the U.S. Secret Service, investigative journalist Susan Crabtree describes the agency as having a “culture of deception.”

Crabtree made the accusation on Sean Hannity’s radio show, which was hosted by Peter Schweizer and Eric Eggers of the Government Accountability Institute. Crabtree has extensive experience of dealing with the Secret Service in her work, and according to her, “They’ve been lying to me for 12 years. Now they see me in order to try and build credibility with the American public.”

When Schweizer asked her what she knew about the Secret Service’s handling of the Trump assassination attempt, Crabtree said that, unfortunately, the public still knows very little.

“The public is outraged, and I’m hoping that Congress provides enough oversight.”
