Is the Left exploiting the 14th Amendment?

“The 14th amendment was ratified at a time when you didn’t have tens of millions of illegal aliens living in this country and coming across the border,” Bruner told NEWSMAX’s Rob Astorino. “And then, of course, birth tourism is such a huge problem. You have these maternity hotels for birth tourism in California getting busted.”
Bruner continued: “And so, as far as executive actions, absolutely cracking down on birth tourism — not letting in somebody who is going to kick off a chain of migration would be a big step in the right direction.”
Birth tourism is a serious, if underreported problem. Fox News recently reported on a Southern California man who was sentenced to more than three years in prison for operating a “birth tourism” scheme for affluent pregnant Chinese women who paid thousands of dollars to give birth in the U.S. so their infants could obtain American citizenship.
