The pressure was too intense —it couldn’t have gone any other way.

The FBI has in its possession an FD-1023 document allegedly linking President Joe Biden to a $5 million bribery scheme that went down while he was serving as Vice President.

What’s an FD-1023 form? By the FBI’s own definition, it’s “one of many forms the FBI uses to collect and catalog information for its law enforcement and national security work” and it’s used to “record unverified reporting from a confidential human source” and that confidential human source information is ‘highly sensitive.’”

FBI Director Christopher Wray had previously verified this document’s existence but was initially refusing to turn it over to the House Oversight Committee for review. But Wray could only stonewall Comer & Co. for so long before agreeing to send the dock to the Hill.

A spokesperson for the Oversight Committee confirms the doc is en route.

“Chairman Comer will receive a briefing from the FBI and review the document on Monday. Chairman Comer has been clear that anything short of producing the FD-1023 form to the House Oversight Committee is not in compliance with his subpoena,” the spokesperson told Breitbart News. “This unclassified record contains pages of details that need to be investigated further by the House Oversight Committee.”

Comer previously threatened to hold Wray in contempt of court and, according to sources at Breitbart News, Comer plans to move forward with the contempt process.

The FBI initially withheld the document due to confidential information but has slowly allowed certain members of Congress access to the information.

“Director Wray offered to provide the Committee’s Chairman and Ranking Member an opportunity to review information responsive to the subpoena in a secure manner to accommodate the committee while protecting the confidentiality and safety of sources and important investigative sensitivities,” the bureau told Just the News. “The FBI has continually demonstrated its commitment to working with the Committee to accommodate its request, from scheduling briefings and calls to now allowing the Chair to review information in person.”

The White House, of course, is claiming Comer’s hunt is a political stunt.

“This silly charade by @JamesComer is yet another reminder that his so-called ‘investigations’ are political stunts not meant to uncover facts but to spread thin innuendo to attack the President and get himself media attention and the Fox News spotlight,” White House spokesperson Ian Sams posted on Twitter.

But the file does exist, Mr. Sams. Stunt? Then why is there a file to begin with?
