A group of nearly 70 House Republicans introduced a bill this week to reverse the Biden Admin’s controversial changes to Title IX — forcing public schools to allow trans males to compete in women’s sports and use women’s restrooms.

According to The Daily Wire, “The Biden administration’s new regulations will apply to all public K-12 schools, colleges, and universities that receive federal funding.

“The new rules state that schools that receive federal funding may not ban biological males in girls’ sports wholesale, but they may exclude them on a case-by-case basis.”

Representative Mary Miller (R-IL) introduced the bill that would eliminate the changes.

“Joe Biden is undermining years of progress women have made in securing their rights under Title IX,” Miller said in a statement.

“For more than half a century, Title IX has protected women and girls, ensuring they have equal opportunities in education,” the congresswoman said. “However, the Biden Administration is putting our girls at risk by allowing men to access women’s and girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms. This divergence is a blatant violation of the protections Title IX was meant to guarantee, and it undermines the very foundation of women’s rights and security in their private spaces.”

House Conference Chair Elise Stefanik (R-NY), Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), and Education and the Workforce Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC) are all standing with Miller.

“I’m proud to support Representative Mary Miller’s legislation to block the Biden Administration’s radical efforts to roll back women’s rights and undo President Trump’s policies that ensure every American receives due process under the law,” Stefanik said in a statement.

“As society drifts into the chaos of postmodernism, it is crucial that we, as legislators, stay firm and protect the rights of young women across America. They deserve to feel safe in their schools and confident in their sports. We must stand up for our values and ensure that every young woman has the opportunity to thrive in a safe environment,” said Luna.

Miller has been on the front lines of the trans ideology war. The congresswoman was in a fiery exchange with HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra last month; she said “I want to stop people like you that are forcing these non-reversible treatments on children.”

Can the GOP stop the Democrats’ radical agenda?
