'SUE UNTIL BLUE': Harris' Dem Attorney Sues To Make Elections Less Secure In Swing States [WATCH]

Do you know who Marc Elias is? He may just be the man who wields the most influence over the 2024 election…

During the most recent episode of The Drill Down GAI President Peter Schweizer and Vice President Eric Eggers discussed Kamala Harris’ Democrat attorney Marc Elias — a “super lawyer” who influences how Americans vote and how votes are counted.

“So, he’s having some success in Wisconsin specifically where they've employed a strategy called ‘Sue Until Blue,’ which just sounds fun if we’re honest. You know, it just is a good time. What are you going do tonight? Well, maybe a little blue suing. I don’t know,” Eggers joked.

Eggers continued: “Marc Elias has 60 active lawsuits happening right now that he has filed to try to stop Trump from
doing things to make the election rolls more secure. It’s everything from how late can you count ballots in Nevada and Mississippi to whether you can use drop boxes in Wisconsin — that’s what they’ve been successful for.”

Eggers analyzed the use of drop boxes in the 2020 election; “There are questions about what happens when you have unmonitored drop boxes in key locations. What we’ve paid attention to is where these drop boxes get deployed. In 23 drop box locations in Gwinnett County, which is outside of Atlanta, 19 of them were put in places that are heavy for Biden.”

“There’s no monitoring of who’s putting that ballot, how many ballots are putting in. So that’s why there is a problem,” Eggers continued. “Those are among the reasons why Wisconsin 2022 said, ‘Hey, you’re right. We shouldn’t do drop boxes.’ The Supreme Court tilts a little Republican. So they said, ‘Okay, you can still cast an absolute ballot, but you got to give it to a person or the clerk, just not to this inanimate object.’ And then the court changed. And because Marc Elias is a good lawyer, he brought the same lawsuit with no new circumstances. And this time the new Wisconsin Supreme Court said,
okay, cool. Let’s do it.”
