SCHWEIZER SAYS: 'The Fact of the Matter is, Ukraine Can't Win This War' [WATCH]

During a recent appearance on The Charlie Kirk Show, GAI President and bestselling author Peter Schweizer provided his expert analysis on the recent Trump-Zelenskyy dust-up in the Oval Office, which led to the Ukrainian president’s ejection from the White House.

Schweizer said the one thing that President Trump knows but leftists don’t want to admit: Ukraine can’t win the war.

“I think Zelenskyy went into the Oval Office and was supposed to sign an agreement. All sides expected that was what was going to happen,” Schweizer told guest host Alex Marlow. “And Zelenskyy started to make a moral argument in the middle of the consummation of a deal. And I understand the moral argument he’s making. But the fact of the matter is, Ukraine can’t win this war.”

Schweizer continued: “The estimate is Russia’s suffered up to 900,000 casualties, which for the
United States, that would be close to 2 million people — an extraordinary number. But Ukraine’s numbers are just as bad, if not worse, in proportion to the population size or, you know, a third or a quarter of the size of Russia.”

“As the war grinds out, they are not going to be able to win this war,” Schweizer continued. “You’ve got to think about what’s the best deal that we can get. And Zelenskyy’s of the mindset that he doesn’t want to deal. So he’s trying to make a moral argument. And that’s not the place to do it. So I think it was a big mistake on his part.”

On Friday, Zelenskyy signaled that his team would meet with their American counterparts in Saudi Arabia for peace talks.

“Next Monday, I have a visit planned to Saudi Arabia for a meeting with the Crown Prince. After that, my team will stay in Saudi Arabia to work with our American partners,” Zelenskyy wrote in a post on X. “Ukraine is most interested in peace.”

Zelenskyy included a message to President Trump in the post, vowing Ukraine “is working and will continue to work constructively for a swift and reliable peace.”

But is Zelenskyy actually ready to do what it takes to make peace?

Stay tuned.
