This week, Elon Musk shared a bombshell report from The Daily Mail on X with the following message:“This administration is both importing voters and creating a national security threat from unvetted illegal immigrants. It is highly probable that the groundwork is being laid for something far worse than 9/11. Just a matter of time.”
The article Musk shared was regarding a new lawsuit over a FOIA request that revealed the Biden Administration has flown more than 320,000 migrants into the country and into more than 40 cities — and they did it to reduce the border crossing numbers.
Even worse — they acknowledge it creates national security “vulnerabilities.”

Use of [the CBP One] cell phone app has allowed for the near undetected arrival by air of 320,000 aliens with no legal rights to enter the United States.
It comes after a controversy over a 2022 transportation program in which the administration used taxpayers money to move migrants throughout the country on overnight flights.
Included in details of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit first reported by Todd Bensman, the Center for Immigration Studies found Biden’s CBP approved the latest secretive flights that transported hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants from foreign countries into at least 43 different American airports from January through December 2023.
The program was part of Biden’s expansion of the CBP One app, which kicked off at the start of last year. Migrants were able, under Biden’s expansion, to apply for asylum using the app from their home countries.
But the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) notes that the transportation of these migrants directly to the U.S. is one of the lesser-known uses of the app.
Aliens who cannot legally enter the U.S. use CBP One to apply for travel authorization and temporary humanitarian release from those airports.
The worst and perhaps most dangerous part is CBP won’t reveal information on the arriving migrants, the flights, or the airports.
CBP lawyers claim revealing the airports would “reveal information about the relative number of individuals arriving, and thus resources expended at particular airports.”
Huh…why wouldn’t the Biden Administration want folks to know that?
Virginia Congressman Ben Cline shared the story on X with the following message:
“While America slept, the Biden administration covertly relocated thousands of migrants into our cities, blatantly ignoring immigration laws. Taxpayer dollars are being spent on secret flights and misuse of CBP resources— over 320k illegal aliens without lawful entry. This isn’t just about Biden’s failed border policy; it’s about accountability, transparency, and the integrity of our nation’s borders.”
