A world locked down. Economies destroyed. Lives ruined. Children stunted…and we’ve learned nothing.
According to a new bombshell report, a new taxpayer-funded lab in Colorado is importing bats from Asia and infecting them with some of the world’s most transmissible diseases. Former Fauci agency, the NIH, granted Colorado State University $6.7 million to build a new bat lab.
Senate Republicans have made efforts to defund these kinds of initiatives —preventing funding for EcoHealth, which has for years funneled taxpayer money to the Wuhan Institute of Virology —but so far they’ve been unsuccessful.
According to The Daily Mail, “Researchers behind the plans said the lab will boost America’s ‘ability to study the role of bats in disease transmission and help us become even stronger in researching emerging zoonotic pathogens.’”
Sen Joni Ernst (R-IA) told DailyMail.com: “We cannot allow any batty experiments of pandemic potential to be unleashed on our own shores.”
“Americans have suffered enough from Fauci-funded risky research, which is why I am working to defund EcoHealth that funneled taxpayer dollars to the Chinese state-run Wuhan Lab.”
“The world cannot afford another lab leak, especially one on U.S. soil or near our military bases.”
The new lab will import, house, breed and experiment on hundreds of bats. On CSU’s website for the lab, it lists the facility as a biosafety level 2 (BSL-2) research center.
A document submitted by CSU researchers in December 2022 states: “We will infect horseshoe bats with SARS-CoV2 and a SARSr-CoV detected in these bats.”
But it wouldn’t be a COVID party without Wuhan…
