Director of Research and best-selling author Seamus Bruner joined Carl Higbee on Newsmax to discuss the appointment of David Weiss as special counsel in the Hunter Biden probe —a move that has many in the GOP making claims of a cover-up.

“This is kind of weird…how much investigating does [Weiss] need to do at this point? He either needs to charge [Hunter Biden] or not,” Higbee asks Bruner.
“This is an abomination!” Bruner says. “This is possibly the worst day in the whole Biden cover-up saga. Wesis’ office gave Hunter a sweetheart deal and now they get to give him a special sweetheart deal.”
“This is extending the ‘protect Biden’ effort.”
