Blood is in the water. Specifically, Blood Money: Why the Powerful Turn a Blind Eye While China Kills Americans went on sale Tuesday. Nearly a two-year effort, the new book by Peter Schweizer has already hit #1 on Amazon and #2 on Barnes & Noble.
Blood Money explores China’s quiet war on the United States on four main fronts: fentanyl, weapons, social media, and the Covid virus. It contains blockbuster information, all of it sourced carefully, explaining China’s strategic plans and its diabolical tactics. It is strong medicine, delivered in a readable way.
“What I love about Blood Money is, you actually connect the things that we do really well at GAI, which is [to] ‘follow the money.’ But you connect that for the first time to problems with American culture,” co-host Eric Eggers tells Schweizer on the latest episode. “And I think with the fentanyl crisis specifically, I think is probably the biggest, most news-worthy takeaway.”
“And it’s part of this strategy that they call ‘disintegration warfare.’ And the strategy is basically, ‘hey, let’s pit Americans against each other. Let’s cause all kinds of chaos and all kinds of tumult. And we will lead them to implode or to defeat themselves,’” Schweizer replies.
But where did the idea of “disintegration warfare” come from?
“The idea that they’re waging this war against us comes from a book that Chinese military officers wrote in 2010, called ‘Disintegration Warfare,” Schweizer continues.
“So, it came from China,” Eggers adds, laughing. “The idea that China’s waging a war against the United States actually came from the Chinese themselves.”
Blood Money delves into the actions of our compromised political elites. The Biden family, for example, took $5 million from the business partner of a Chinese organized crime figure who is deeply involved in the trans-shipment of fentanyl pre-cursors to Mexico. The family of Republican Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) owns a shipping company that transports billions worth of goods from China and owes its very existence to the Chinese communist’s government’s good will. California Gov. Gavin Newsom has had personal business investments and strong ties to the Chinese for his entire career, in and out of politics.
The compromised nature of the fentanyl crisis and its impact on American society. He highlights the connections between Chinese organized crime, the Chinese Communist Party, and the Biden family’s business ties to China. Schweizer reveals how China is waging disintegration warfare against the United States and using fentanyl as a weapon. He emphasizes the need for informed citizens and accountable leaders to address this issue and protect American lives.
Fentanyl, as Schweizer points out in the show, kills about 100,000 Americans every year, so you might think the president would be treating it appropriately. But, as he notes, causes like monkey pox and climate change get a “czar” while there is nothing like that to combat the fentanyl epidemic.
