Seamus Bruner of the Government Accountability Institute appeared on Glenn Beck’s radio show to detail what GAI has called “Riot Inc,” a network of organizations allegedly funding coordinated protests and unrest.
Bruner, GAI research director and author of three books, argues that major left-leaning funding entities—including groups tied to the Arabella funding network, George Soros-linked networks, the Tides Foundation, and Rockefeller-aligned donors—have all used taxpayer dollars and government grants to support activist infrastructure while maintaining legal cover by funneling money through contracts and intermediaries.
The conversation explores how federal and state funds may be routed through nonprofits, the role of bail funds, and examples such as Atlanta’s “Stop Cop City” protests.
Bruner noted the efforts of Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, who has a Treasury task force looking into these funding connections right now.
“The Treasury Department is going to be investigating the funders of chaos,” Bruner said.
“They use your money as a force multiplier for their agenda,” Bruner said. Tides, for example, gets $50+ million dollars of your taxpayer money. The Rockefeller network gets your taxpayer money, even the Soros network. They then use that money, funneling it into, for example, migration to bring all these new voters in, because these migrants will vote eventually. ”
The goal, Bruner told Beck, is that these migrants will eventually become voters.
“Apportionment, illegal non-citizen voting, and then after a couple of years, they get to vote legally. That is the name of the game here. So, it’s the same investors, the Arabella and Soros networks,” he said.
There is a distinction often made between the right of citizens to assemble and protest peacefully and the encouragement for violent protesting using paid protesters, expensively printed signs and gas masks, and other gear that violent demonstrators have been seen using in footage of the unrest.
“We believe in the First Amendment right to protest, absolutely. But, the things like, you know, who is providing the gas masks, who’s providing the bricks and the tear gas and pepper spray. This is very coordinated. We saw it in Los Angeles. We’ve seen it in Chicago, in Seattle, and in Portland,” Bruner said.
Beck agrees. “I have been saying this since Occupy Wall Street, where are these things coming from?” he asked. “It doesn’t take a moron to see that this is probably happening.” Beck shares that he has been scrutinizing the activities of the Tides Foundation for many years. Bruner explains the research GAI has been doing.
“Tides will have, you know, the Tides center. And they’ll say that we want to do education related activities, we want to get textbooks into the schools,” Bruner said. “Well, our, foolish federal government would say that sounds like a great idea. Here’s, $5 million bucks. And then you add up all of these grants that they receive from the federal government. They also get quite a bit from state governments, especially states like California. And so, it’s ostensibly for some sort of education initiative or something like that,” he explained.
“They’ll get that federal money, but then it goes into an account and then they pay out from the same account. Tides admitted this in court relating to [Black Lives Matter], that it’s all just one bank account. They’ll pay out to a violent organization,” he added.
“These same networks — Arabella, Soros, Tides, etc. — are funding the bail funds. You can’t really say that you don’t you don’t know. These guys [arrested protesters] are up to no good. You’re trying to get them back onto the streets as quickly as possible,” he noted.
