Biden Brought in Weinstein Advisor: PR Powerhouse Was Tapped for a Special Project.

Advisor to Presidents, Rapists, And Constantly Crossing the Private/Public Line.

Anita Dunn is a public relations powerhouse and political strategist. She served as senior advisor to President Joe Biden for the first 8 months of his presidency; served as White House Communications Director for Barack Obama; and has worked on six presidential campaigns.

She also advised disgraced Hollywood producer and convicted rapist Harvey Weinstein. So she’s seemingly comfortable crossing ethical lines, blowing through the gray areas into downright despicable ones. I mean who advises a serial rapist and sexual assualter?

Anita Dunn. And according to the Washington Post, she returned to the White House earlier this month for a “one-week assignment at the personal request of Biden himself.”

According to the Washington Free Beacon, Dunn’s presence raises a few red flags, “especially given the extent of [Dunn’s firm] SDKD’s influence within the Biden administration and the Democratic Party. In addition to Dunn, at least eight former SKDK employees are currently working in the Biden administration. At least eight current employees previously served in government before joining or rejoining the firm, which represents a variety of Fortune 500 companies, foreign governments, and Democratic candidates.”

That’s a very uncomfortable revolving door, with questionable crossovers that create conflicts of interest out the wazoo (I believe that’s the official term).

“This is a person who is appointed in and out of alternating roles, between being a public official with significant influence over administration policy and a private adviser, creating the appearance of being an influence peddler,” said Walter Shaub, former director of the Office of Government Ethics who served under Donald Trump and Barack Obama.

“Because Dunn was classified as a temporary ‘special government employee,’ she was exempt from most White House ethics requirements, including a rule that prohibits former staffers from taking part in lobbying efforts for one year,” WFB reports. “Because her prorated salary was slightly less than $132,552 annually, Dunn did not have to file a public financial disclosure that would have required her to reveal information about her SKDK clients and how much they were paying her.”

Convenient. Very convenient.

If that doesn’t give you pause, consider this: Dunn is a big fan of Mao Zedong, the founder of Chinese communism, a ruthless authoritarian, and the architect of the deaths of at least 65 million of his own people.

Dunn once said that the two people she turns to most are Mother Teresa and Mao Zedong.

Stop for a moment to consider how crazy that is.
