Andy, Muhammad, Lidija and JD Rucker (filling in for Reg Saddler) broadcast LIVE from the exhibition floor at Blogworld and New Media Expo 2009 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. We discuss the origins of The Drill Down Podcast, how we produce the show, and our favorite podcasts. Legalities
Put together by the folks from:

This guide provides a general overview of legalities – but does not provide legal advice – that is specific to podcasting. The guide also suggests reading the EFF’s Legal Guide for Bloggers for additional, more general information.
Main thing to remember
Secure all necessary rights and permissions for the material included in your podcasts. Why? You may get into legal trouble for incorporating third party material into your podcast and for also authorizing others to use that material as part of your podcast.
The Drill Down’s royalty-free theme music was selected from PodSafe Audio.
