  1. Really interesting discussion.
    I don’t think as well that the sell to Microsoft would be that good to Yahoo, and especially to Yahoo’s users. But they don’t have much of a choice as most of the potential other buyers are stepping back and they were really bleeding on the market. Only other option seems to get some help from Google ( they could invest 3 / 4 billions in Yahoo to cover for the profit per share made on the Microsoft deal).
    Wait and see, it sounds like the beginning of a long saga
